HEY CAN WE TALK ABOUT TURIAN KISSIES REAL QUICK? I still see people going “but but but they can’t kiss” and it’s bugging me.
1. Their mouths are actually very mobile. Watch Garrus speak. His mouth twitches and moves and allows him to emote quite a lot. I’m of the opinion the mouth region of turians is made of a cartilage-esque material. It’s firm, but not static. It can move and has give to it.
2. The sharp teeth thing? The teeth are only on the sides of their mouth. I think they’d be easy to avoid.
3. They’re not tough as metal. This one so bugs me. The Codex explains that they have natural armor to protect them from Palaven’s son, yes, but it is not actual armor. It won’t, say, slow down a gunshot or a knife.
Just some things to think about.
Garrus’ face is actually a lot more expressive in general than it was in ME2. It’s subtle for the most part, but it’s there if you pay attention. It was something I noticed right off the bat on Menae and in just about all the little intimate moments with Shep. I adored it.

Yes to every comment. The subtle things that Garrus does make me love him so much more. I’m also a firm believer of the fact that turians are more cartilage-y than hard plated, especially around the mouth and stuff.
